Our Lama’s Vision

The Motivation and Purpose of Building the 132 Stupas of Primordial Wisdom Dharmakaya

In general, it is well known in the teachings of the Sutras that there are inconceivable benefits of building stupas; therefore, it is not mentioned here.  These benefits form the basis of my motivation for building this stupa garden.

Besides that, as I have been given sacred Buddhist substances such as relics and precious ritual items throughout the years, I wanted to make good use of them in a way that would be beneficial to both oneself and others.

In addition, it is my wish that the benefits of erecting these stupas may help free all mother sentient beings limitless as space from the shortcomings present during this time of degeneration, such as sickness, famine, war, etc.  In particular, may all beings be free from the danger of fearful weapons, and may the current pandemic that pervades the world be subdued, eradicated, and pacified.  May all beings have glorious enjoyment of dharma, joy, and happiness.

Furthermore, building stupas are the most effective means of accumulating merit and purifying obscurations for anyone who has an individual connection to me or for those who come into contact with stupas.  It is my wish and hope that these stupas provide a good basis for people to prostrate, circumambulate, and supplicate in the future. May it be so.

May it be virtuous!
